In order to submit an application (submission of achievement) to the "Muzyczne Orły" competition, each Candidate or person submitting a Candidate performs the following actions:

1. Go to the competition website www.muzyczneorly.pl tab and click on the "go to the online competition system" button in the "Applications" page.
2. Create an account by entering the chosen username (nickname) and password (minimum 8 characters, upper and lower case letters and numbers) and filling in the remaining fields with real data (it is especially important to enter the correct telephone number), then confirm by clicking the "Sign up" button. *
3. After confirming the registration form, the user receives an SMS message with an activation code to the telephone number provided. The code must be entered in the field visible on the screen.
4. If the activation code is entered correctly, the system administrator will be notified about the account creation. The user cannot log in to the created account until the system administrator approves the validity of this new account. If the activation code is entered incorrectly, the system suspends registration for approximately two minutes. In such case, please try to create your account again after this time.
5. After receiving an SMS message that the account has been activated, the user can log in to their panel.
6. On the "competition inquiries" page, the user can add and edit their inquiries. These are not qualified for assessment and can be altered successively. When the user decides that the application is complete and correctly completed, he or she sends it to the organizer for verification. To do this, please confirm that you have read the regulations by pressing the button at the bottom of the form. The "submit to the organizer for verification" button will appear, which you have to click.
7. The inquiry sent for verification can be corrected until it is accepted by the organizer for the competition. However, each amendment in that case withdraws the inquiry from the verification mode - after making corrections, the form must be re-submitted to the organizer (according to the instructions above).
8. After successful verification of the submitted achievement by the organizer, the user receives a text message to their phone with a notification that the inquiry has been accepted for the competition. From now on, it is not possible to edit this particular inquiry. If the user has at least one inquiry accepted for the competition in his account, they will see information about the further events related to the competition, in the panel in the "Intro" page.

* Attention! The personal data provided during the registration process refer to the person registering in the system. This may be a person submitting their own achievement, or it may be a person submitting achievements of others. You can submit the achievements of other people or ensembles through the panel, provided that you obtain their written authorization. If applications for the competition are submitted by an institution, the data provided when registering an account refer to the person representing that institution.
